SalaryWe are looking for Front Desk Coordinator/Receptionist for our Orthodontic office. The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:
Greeting patients and parents
Booking appointments
Answering phones
Helping patients with their insurance claims
Maintaining the Front Desk and waiting area
Collecting payments
Qualifications and Skills: Experience with Reception/Administrative work, preferably in dental
Must be computer proficient & must posses excellent communication skill
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
