Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate intake of personal tax information and tax payments
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or complaints
- Ensure the Front Desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for email, calendar management, and document creation/editing
- Experience and familiarity with accounting and tax software is a plus, but not a requirement
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Job Type: Seasonal

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
