Position Summary
As the initial contact in the agency, presents a friendly and welcoming response to incoming telephone calls and inquiries; ensures a welcoming environment when receiving visitors in person..
Position Responsibilities
Responding to incoming telephone calls and e-mails inquiries; screening and directing them appropriately.
Performing customer service tasks.
Completing general office administration including maintaining sufficient office supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
Distributing daily mail
Maintain upkeep of reception and common areas, boardroom, storage room, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Willingness to learn basic payroll duties an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $20.38 per hour
Expected hours: 36.25 per week
