Full Time Receptionist

```Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a Massage Therapy clinic is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
