SalaryThe employee will assist in the maintenance and repair for the community's parks, trails, marina and other onsite amenities.
The applicant must be energetic, self motivated and be able to perform physical tasks in an outdoor environment. Experience in the utilization of hand tools and operating basic machinery is required. Skills in carpentry, landscaping and/or mechanical repairs would be an asset.
Job Type: Seasonal
Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
