Responsibilities:
-Analyze, verify and import time from the company time clock program into the payroll accounting program;
-Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis;
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff;
- Maintain employee records;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations;
-Monthly and annual calculations, reporting and remittances for EHT and WSIB;
-Manage employee benefit plans;
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in payroll and HR administration;
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
