Background & Purpose of the Job
This Human Resource Specialist role is responsible for sourcing talent to fill the needs in the supply chain area of our business. You will be sourcing for all actively open blue-collar roles and passive pipelining projects as the main point of contact for candidates and will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with prospective talent.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
You will be reporting into the HR Manager, Supply Chain and be working with a rock star HR team in order to coordinate recruitment forecast, virtual interviews, on site interviews, as well as a number of other HR tasks.

New Hire Orientation ownership, execution, and stakeholder management
Assist with payroll, attendance, benefit questions
Co-lead engagement and coordinate external/internal events
HR systems management
Provide ad hoc support to the HRBP
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelors degree required along with a minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience is preferred.
Prior experience in high volume recruitment is strongly preferred. We do welcome fast learners with a thirst for growth and passion for recruiting.
Previous experience in Workday is preferred or you must be comfortable learning new systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
We’re looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must able to work well on a large, fast paced team. This job requires excellent interpersonal skills.
Working understanding of Human Resource principals, practices and procedures
