BELLEVILLE, ON

The Job!

You will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting various functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities include:

  • Process HR documentation and reports
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Update HRIS system with employee information
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle disability and WSIB claims
  • Maintain accurate filing system
  • Address employee inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you bring to the job

You are someone who values integrity and has great attention to detail. You also come with:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • Post-secondary education in HR Management preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva
