The Job!
You will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting various functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities include:
- Process HR documentation and reports
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Update HRIS system with employee information
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives
- Handle disability and WSIB claims
- Maintain accurate filing system
- Address employee inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you bring to the job
You are someone who values integrity and has great attention to detail. You also come with:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Post-secondary education in HR Management preferred
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Canva
