Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training development, and data collection. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems such as Payworks and major ERP sytems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Lead Health and Safety initiatives, including training, inspections, documentation, etc.

- Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions

- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

- Experience with HR systems such as Ceridian, UltiPro, Dayforce, iCIMS, and ADP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
