Duties:
- Develop and maintain company HR & Safety policies, programs and employee handbook.
- Interpret and advise Human Resources and safety compliance matters to employer and employee.
- Administration of health and pension benefits. Provide payroll support.
- Maintain HR records systems and attendance management program.
- Provide employee assistance and recommend training and career development.
- Recruitment, onboarding and employee training.
- Manage the Health & Safety Program for 70+ employees in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration - Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and time manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality measures.
- Understanding of provincial and federal employment and safety laws/regulations.
- Valid “G” drivers’ license with own vehicle.
- Payroll experience an asset.
- HR & Health and Safety in a manufacturing environment an asset.

Salary: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
