Role Overview:

What You'll Do:

• Bring 8+ years of work experience in providing technical solutions through HUON and mainframe technologies.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• Exhibit effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Be a self-starter and highly motivated individual, able to operate with minimal direction.
• Technical proficiencies in IBM Mainframes, Operating System: OS390 MVS, program languages like COBOL, ICL, SYNCSORT, CICS and Databases Tools like DB2, VSAM

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience as a HUON Policy admin system analyst with a Mainframe background, specializing in reverse engineering code.
• Proficiency in data mapping, including performing detailed mapping across conversion templates and analyzing fields and data attribute variations.
• Ability to assess and define conversion rules, perform data cleansing, and participate in reconciliation processes.
• Track record of managing data conversion, cutovers, and sequencing, along with actively participating in mocks and dry runs.
• Skills in assisting in defining migration scope, developing data remediation strategies, and participating in testing.
• Expertise in batch job analysis.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Ontario and/or Nova Scotia, where our hubs are located.
