Position Summary We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Medical Administrative professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique hybrid work from home and clinic experience.
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually, based on years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to managing the smooth operation of our clinic, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and guiding patients upon their arrival at the clinic.
- Managing clinic flow to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Scheduling and booking patient appointments.
- Managing inbound requests through Salesforce and Ocean.
- Acting as a patient concierge for international patient visits, including managing treatment plans and ensuring patients have accurate information regarding travel and visit details.
- Signing off on all informed consent with specialists.

Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a medical administrative role, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience working with Salesforce is a definite asset.
