Who we are
lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company for yoga, running, training, and other athletic pursuits. Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well.
We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.
Our IDEA Global Internship Program
Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time, paid internship for select roles within our Store Support Centre (Head Office) roles. The 2024 program will run 12 weeks, from June 3 to August 23. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.
We’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences throughout the program. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.
Our Be Human Impact Agenda goal is to reflect the diversity of the communities we serve and operate in around the world by 2025. We are cultivating an environment and building systems that create and sustain inclusion, diversity, and equity
