IDEA Global Internship Program

Our IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time, paid internship for select roles within our Store Support Centre (Head Office) roles. The 2024 program will run 12 weeks, from June 3 to August 23. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities. 

We’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions, and experiences throughout the program. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. Our IDEA Global Internship Program curates a journey for each intern to discover where their passions lie and helps them lay out their career path.

About this team  

The Product Integrity Systems team has recently completed an organizational transformation and is embarking on its next exciting phase of growth. We design and operate the global Product Integrity system to maximize the product’s value to the guest while minimizing risk to the brand. We serve as a global centre of policy, data, document management and internal audit to all Product Integrity teams. 

A day in the life  
  • All our interns play an important role in our business and are key members of the team. Some of the tasks, roles and responsibilities include:  
  • Support Product Integrity Systems team with preparing presentations and reports 
  • Create process maps and assist with updating and editing of Product Integrity documentation 
  • Audit and review business processes in collaboration with functional Subject Matter Experts 
  • Help monitor and manage the Product Integrity Systems intake request form submissions and reports on various platforms 
  • Support in the day-to-day management of building out solutions for key projects and/or programs 
  • Participate in several meetings and conversations pertaining to key areas of your work 

Nice to haves  
  • Working towards qualification in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain related field 
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)  
  • Experience with data management platforms such as PowerBI, Smartsheet and SharePoint is an asset  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment  
  • Extremely organized, thorough, and able to prioritize.   
  • Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $$53,300 - $60,300 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:  


Hybrid

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
