Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Efficiently addressing customer request providing best fit solutions
- Building accurate professional Quotes for Sales & Rentals
- Processing customer repairs, repair work orders & scheduling to completion
- Communicate with vendors in a professional manner to obtain sales quotes
- Professional communication via phone & emails
- Establishing and nurturing customer relationships to complete coverage
- Gathering customer information for future follow-ups and capturing this information into the CRM system
- Offering additional services and offering product recommendations to exiting customers
- Successfully closing sales with set margin requirements and meeting assigned quotas
- Identifying sales opportunities and reporting them in weekly sales meetings
- Keeping up to date knowledge of the companies product and service updates
- Collaborating closely with the Operations Coordinator & Technical Sales Manager
- Order processing, picking, staging & packaging
- Rental order processing, picking, staging
- Inspection of rental returns & processing
- Receiving of branch transfers to maintain inventory levels & customer orders
- Assist with inventory cycle counting & maintain accurate counts

An Inside Sales & Warehouse Representative will play a key role in handling quotations sales & rental orders for our current customer base. You will work closely with the Operations Coordinator & our Product Specialist to guarantee accurate product offering & execution of each order. This also involves working closely with the operations team to efficiently deliver on customer commitments. Additionally, the representative will emphasize the promotion of KASI products and services, striving to meet sales targets by leveraging strong telephone sales and communication abilities. This customer-centric representative will drive revenue through phone-based initiatives, such as generating sales leads, making prospect calls, and fostering ongoing relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Experience:
- Industrial customer service required (Min. 2 Years)
- Industrial Inside Sales experience required (Min. 2 Years)
- Familiarity with order fulfillment process start to finish
- Inventory control & cycle counting knowledge as asset
- Hydraulic, Heat Treatment & Field Machining experience considered as asset
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 & EZ-Rent or similar software is preferred
- Ability to establish & maintain professional business relationships
- Forklift Experience / Licence is an asset
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License, Class 5 (Min. 2 Years)
Clean Drivers Abstract (Min. 3 Years)
Ability to pass random Drug & Alcohol Testing
Ability to drive company truck for local deliveries
Ability to travel for training purposes & customer meetings
