Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have an opportunity for a full time Inside Sales Representative to join our Wholesale sales department based out of our office in Calgary, Alberta.
Here's where you'll be focusing:
Grow the Business
• Promote sales to existing customers
• Present promotional opportunities to customers
• Provide weekly telemarketing calls to designated customers
• Assist in new customer development including independent customers, banner programs and key accounts
• Report all competitive activity and market conditions to management
• Assist both management and team members on special projects
Own the Customer Experience
• Receive and process orders in a timely manner
• Respond to and resolve service requests and inquiries in a timely manner
• Consult with customers to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
• Collection of all receivables; responsible to keep accounts within credit terms

What you have to offer:
• Undergraduate Degree or a DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP
• Working knowledge of EXE
