Automotive Group, is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to enhance our Marketing
Team’s digital initiatives. This role is your opportunity to be part of an innovative,

comprises 7 Dealerships and an Auto Body Repair Facility.
Job Summary
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting our digital marketing
initiatives with a focus on website content management and email marketing. This position
requires a detail-oriented, creative individual with strong technical skills and a keen eye for
detail, vital for maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing materials and our
online presence.
This is a highly collaborative role, working with our marketing team, website vendors, graphic
designer and our fantastic dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Website Offers and Advertising
- Manage a detailed spreadsheet with monthly specials, ensuring accuracy in all details
- Design engaging visuals for offers using Canva templates
- Upload, test, and optimize creative and offers for various devices and browsers.
- Update dealerships website special pages, keeping offers current and accurate.
- Regularly refresh homepages with new imagery and content.
- Maintain parts and service offers, ensuring they reflect current promotions.
- Update staff pages with the latest team member information.
- Collaborate with website vendors for specialized tasks.
Email Marketing
- Update the customer email list on a regular basis.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with stores for content approval.
- Provide reporting on email campaigns.
Other Duties
- Liaise with graphic designer on design requests.
- Develop new website pages and content.
- Manage Google business profiles, update blogs, and share offers on various digital
- Assist with additional Marketing Projects or Events as they arise.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or automotive.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing trends, and website optimization.
- Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp and Wordpress.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours based on monthly program launches.
- Responsible individual with an Ontario Class G driver’s license and clean driving record.

This role will be based at one of our dealerships located in the GTA, with travel to locations as/if
needed.
