Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives with a specific focus on retirement plan sponsors and third party administrators in both the US and Canadian markets. You'll collaborate with a creative and strategic team to enhance our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our clients! This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management abilities and will report directly to the Head of Plan Sponsor & TPA Marketing, North America.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables and campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as editorial, design, legal and compliance to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and communications.
  • Support the maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Assist in the management of the team’s content calendar, scheduling, and tracking of marketing activities.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support management team as needed.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and group retirement market is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Diligent with a critical eye for quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Research, information gathering and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Primary Location

Toronto, Ontario

Salary range is expected to be between

$60,000.00 CAD - $100,000.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
