Job Brief: We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting our immediate and long-term business goals.

A successful Marketing Coordinator must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.

Duties include:

· Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.

· Assist in crafting visual and written content for social media, e-mail and our websites.

· Liaise with departments and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.

· Monitor and analyze online marketing activities.

· Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

· Conduct research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

· Solid knowledge of traditional and digital marketing techniques and principles

· Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· A team player with a customer-oriented approach

· Experience with Canva and Etsy is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
