```Duties```
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and update patient records in the electronic medical records system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Collect co-pays and payments for services rendered
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, such as PS Suite, is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
- Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
