About the role
Elysian Health is an integrated health clinic providing full spectrum care including public and private services. Our state of the art facility is located in South Surrey, BC. We’re a high energy and skilled team looking for a full time , experienced MOA to help with our growing programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Exemplary patient care.
- Managing inbound interest from new patients.
- Communicating effectively with all team members.
- Creating new electronic patient files as you register new patients.
- Booking and organizing patient schedules.
- Maintaining electronic medical records.
- Scanning and electronic filing.
- Maintaining overall tidiness of the office.
- Processing private and MSP Billing.
Requirements: Education, Training, and Experience
- Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience: 2 year (preferred)
- MOA experience or equivalent: 2 plus years
- Knowledge of Jane App, CHR and/or Plexia is an asset.
- Knowledge of the private and public healthcare system is an asset.

- Proficient with Word Processing Programs and Electronic Medical Records.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong awareness of appropriate Medical terminology.

Salary: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
