SalaryLooking for casual (one morning or afternoon/week) in office support to two full service family physicians. Flexible, off-site support work may be available on other days of week. Additional hours may be available at our adjoining partner organization (Catalyst Kinetics--allied health clinic) for evenings, weekends.
Must have: friendly demeanor both in person and on phone. Comfort with technology (email, electronic medical record/software, web-based phone, etc). Responsible for greeting patients, weighing patients, filing electronic documents, e-faxing.
Preferences to those with post-secondary degrees, interest in a future health care career (eg/applying to professional schools such as medical, physiotherapy, optometry, etc.) and past experience in high-paced, customer environment such as fast-food, coffee shops.
Job Type: Casual
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
