Responsibilities:
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems.
- Maintain office service by organizing operations and procedures.
- Assist dispatcher with permits and ticketing.
- Track, file and prepare payroll to be submitted.
- Office correspondence via email and telephone.
Qualifications:
- Works well with others.
- Good punctuality and communication.
- Computer skills.
- Experience using Microsoft.
- Experience in an administration role an asset.
