Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Assist with training development and implementation
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper organization of documents
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing relationships
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
Experience:
- Proficiency in SImply Accounting for financial management tasks
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in front desk reception and phone systems
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions
