But We're looking for a key individual to join our team and develop into a sales manager to handle the growth of our company. This is an in-office position that enjoys working with a team. The ideal candidate will have these traits:

All sales are made over the phone using warm leads.

We are looking for someone who can talk the talk and walk the walk. This position will start with learning about our products and getting comfortable speaking to leads over the phone about our packages. There will be a steep learning curve to learn and understand how to sell our services you're placed into a management role. If you're going to manage sales and customer service you will need to know hands on how it's done. 2024 will be a lot of learning but you will have help every step of the way from the two founders of the company.

We need someone who has a phenomenal speaking ability, is a go-getter, and is motivated by healthy and fun competition.

Your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

• Ensure your team meets sales quotas
• Ensure our customers keep high levels of satisfaction
• Keep KPIs on track and attend weekly meetings
• Meet weekly sales targets and team meetings
• Serve customers through assisting them in their purchasing decisions
• Have superior knowledge of the products sold

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Phenomenal speaking ability in English
• High OCD / Organization attributes
• Quick on the computer (don't need to be a developer but you need to navigate quickly on our CRMs and typing)
• Go-getter attitude
• Familiarity with digital technology and its applications in sales and customer service
• Experience working under pressure

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
