Position Overview: As our Office Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and administrative efforts. This role combines administrative responsibilities with office management tasks, making it an ideal opportunity for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional. Mon-Wed in office, Thurs-Fri work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and needs of the office.
- Make the office a great place to be for team members and client (neat, tidy, snacks).
- Manage payroll, vendor / contractor payments, employee benefits.
- Oversee employee productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in hiring processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Onboard / off board clients at start or end of project.
- Basic accounting tasks, such as expense tracking, invoice processing, payments and being a liaison for our accountant.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees' office-related concerns and needs.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, handling logistics and catering.
- Foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to create a safe and productive work environment.
- Other miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary to support our organization's success.
- Communicate with and be first point of contact for new or existing clients.
- Assist CEO with ongoing administrative responsibilities, calendar and communication.
- Additional project administrative tasks as required by project manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (some Diploma's will be considered)
- Proven experience in office management and executive support roles.
- 5-10 years experience in administration or office management
- Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
