Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
-Monthly invoicing
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Sage Accounting software for financial transactions and reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
- Experience using Sage Accounting Software for financial transactions and reporting
- Proficient in payroll processing and maintaining accurate records
-CPA certification would be a bonus
