What is the opportunity?
Operations Solutions Analyst role, providing support to Licensing, Compensation and Contracting staff, is responsible for the co-ordination and administration of all technical and operations support for Contracting and Licensing staff.
What will you do?
• Using advance Excel skills create and analyze monthly producer data discrepancy reports to ensure consistency between data on multiple systems; generate audit control reporting; create complex adhoc reports
•Using advance Word skills update and maintain various agreement documents also design, develop, and maintain end-user computing applications including mail merges, bookmarks, etc.
• Provide guidance and problem solving support for complex or exceptional contracting inquiries; analyze, resolve and provide guidance for contracting and compensation hierarchies/bonus inquiries using multiple admin systems
• Maintain a high level understanding of New Business; Contracting; and ISD areas by supporting Contracting with your own offices
• Key participant in the development, implementation and maintenance of workflows, procedures and delivery of training as required to align with business objectives; represent LCCS as SME; provide advice for functionality requirements for system changes and operational processes
• Provide support to the management teams of LCCS with projects or reporting from our systems; liaises between production staff and Business Specialists regarding complex system issues, functionality, production tickets and resolution of producer inquiries
What will you need to succeed?
Must have
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
• Insurance knowledge/experience
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and fluctuating workloads
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organizational skills while possessing adaptability, initiative and resourcefulness
Nice to have
•Fluency in French, written and spoken is considered an asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize within a changing environment
