Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional part-Time Receptionist to join our esteemed Real Estate Office in Richmond Hill. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and punctuality, coupled with excellent organizational and customer service skills. Familiarity with key software applications such as Microsoft Office, Brokerbay, TREB/STRATUS, and Webforms/Authentisign is essential. While prior Real Estate experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing inbound/outbound calls with exceptional phone manners.
- Loading/uploading listings onto MLS and managing appointments through Brokerbay.
- Preparing legal documents using Webforms/Authentisign.
- Filing necessary paperwork and organizing documentation efficiently.
- Checking and responding to emails using Outlook Express.
- Creating and preparing feature sheets using Microsoft Publisher.
- Providing excellent customer service to walk-ins at the front desk.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Brokerbay, TREB/STRATUS, and Webforms/Authentisign.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic office environment.
Preferred but Not Required:
Prior experience in the Real Estate industry.
