Part-Time Receptionist

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, detail oriented team member to help with administrative support at a busy multidisciplinary health clinic located in Fall River.

As the first point of contact for our clinic, the candidate we are looking for will certainly be friendly, warm, and efficient in helping patients feel comfortable and supported upon entry to the clinic.

This position offers part-time and includes at least two evenings and Saturdays.

Hourly wage is dependent on experience and background.

We are a multidisciplinary health clinic offering Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Naturopathic services in the beautiful Fall River core. We have a very relaxed and serene vibe and believe that the quality of service rather than volume is most important. Each of our patients are valued and it is our goal to provide them a therapeutic and relaxing environment.

Skills and Experience:

Some helpful training and skills for this position include:

Applicant must be over 18 years of age.

Experience with basic administrative tasks such as but not limited to answering phones, booking appointments, invoicing, taking payments, copying, faxing, etc. are an asset.

Familiarity with computers and technology, formal training in administrative or business-related courses are an asset but not required.

Ability to type and navigate basic office documents ex: Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong interpersonal skills are a must!

Flexibility in schedule and reliable transportation are also an asset.
