Parts and Service Advisor:

Position location may not be at Kia West Edmonton, multiple locations within group.
Duties:
- Write work orders on vehicles, communicate with customers and sales dept
- Ensure sold vehicles are ready for delivery date
- Coordinate with customers, sales and Service department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and Service history
- Handle cash transactions and process payments for services rendered
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
