Project Coordinator

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, scheduling, coordination of materials, and execution of tracking/controlling projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist in the development and implementation of project kick off and close out activities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Assist in the coordination of project meetings and workshops
- Support the resolution of project issues and conflicts

```Skills```
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong plumbing/mechanical familiarity
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 44 per week
