Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Assist with project planning and scheduling
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Assist with budget management and cost tracking
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Support the project manager in resolving any project-related issues
Skills:
- Experience in construction management software
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret schematics and construction drawings
- Proficiency in using software tools for document management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
