**Project Coordinator**

**Duties:**

- Coordinate and manage project activities from initiation to completion

- Collaborate with project team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and reports

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and contractors

- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

- Ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and standards

**Skills:**

- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects

- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, and Bluebeam

- Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders

- Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information

- Problem-solving skills to identify solutions and make informed decisions

Salary: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
