Project Coordinator

All-Pro Door & Hardware Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity in a specialty area of the commercial construction industry.

All-Pro supplies to the industry architectural doors, frames and hardware in both new and existing buildings.

The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills within a team environment. You must be a strategic thinker, detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work on several projects without losing focus. Applicants must be able to handle a variety of changing tasks & priorities throughout the day, as well as the ability to thrive in a complex environment while maintaining flexibility.

A well rounded general knowledge of the construction industry is a must. Any experience in the field will be considered a strong asset as well as the ability to read blueprints and the ability to learn industry specialized software. If you do not have this knowledge you will not be considered for the position.

You should have experience in construction methods from project start to completion which include project planning, estimating, scheduling and cost control.

Preference will be given to applicants who have an industry recognized degree equal to a 2 year diploma in construction technology or the equivalent experience in the field.

Salary: $38,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
