Wages: Starting at $23-$24.50 an hour ** Dependent on experience
Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday, 1 hour lunchbreak (40 hour work week) & evenings and weekends as required - Flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and report all aspects of property operations including but not limited to: leasing, tenant relations, rent collection and maintenance.
- Monitor phone lines during office hours, on call outside of office hours with bonus provided.
- Preparing and delivering legal documents including eviction notices, notices of entry and rental increases.
- Screen potential tenants, conduct background checks, prepare and enforce leasing agreements, handle tenant complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Facebook marketing and messages through our rental page to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Actively participate in property showings and regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance or repair needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, real estate agents and contractors.
- Hiring and facilitating daily scheduling of maintenance personnel including handymen and cleaners.
- Accurate recordkeeping including creating and maintaining work orders and other various filing systems.
- Personal assistance duties for owner as required.
- Miscellaneous duties as required including running errands and use of personal vehicle.
**Qualifications:**
- Class 5 license and reliable vehicle.
- Administrative background preferred.
- Property Management background preferred.
- Must work well in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $23.00-$24.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
