Reception/Administrative Assistant

Upper James Wellness Clinic is looking for an experienced office administrator to join our busy multidisciplinary clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling patients, billing and communicating with insurance adjusters. All candidates must be organized, enthusiastic and punctual. All candidates must be available to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Only candidates with previous experience working in a rehabilitation clinic will be considered.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
