BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST

*Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:45am-4:30pm) and Saturday on rotation (8am-12pm).*

**Hourly salary starting at $18.00 (+bonus) and up!**

Your tasks at a glance

• You warmly welcome patients and direct them to the waiting room, ensuring that new patients complete the questionnaire to add to their file.
• You handle mail, clinic phone lines, voicemails, and make sure to call patients to confirm their appointments.
• You are responsible for updating the medical records and appointments software after each patient's arrival and departure.
• You manage inventory and ensure the aesthetics and cleanliness of the clinic, when needed.

A clear view of your assets

• You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français aussi.
• You have experience as a receptionist, medical secretary or administrative assistant in a doctor's office AND/OR have strong customer service / patient care skills.
• You have an ease with computer tools.
• You demonstrate a strong customer focus and good emotional intelligence.
• You stand out for your organizational and collaborative skills as well as your ability to work with minimal supervision.
• You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
