Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a full-time position.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.25-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
