Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

-Document scanning/numerisation and filing alphabetically
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and address their inquiries or concerns
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general support to visitors and staff members

Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but not necessary
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, computers, and printers
