Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities will include answering client phones and inquiries, manning the front desk as well as supporting departments by sorting mail, making copies and filling out administrative paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet people.
• Be friendly to all clients and visitors.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Handle other administrative tasks assigned by the receptionist supervisor.
• Learn and follow protocol to answer phones.
• Answer email and other electronic forms of communication.

Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
