Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as electronic filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Provide administrative support to leadership team as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
- Check mail and direct packages to appropriate business units.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience with MS word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, SharePoint, and Google Docs
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support in a professional manner
