Responsibilities Include:
1) Greet, welcome and register guests in the system in a professional and courteous manner.
2) Answer, screen, transfer and manager incoming calls and in-person guests.
3) Make guests feel welcome in our showroom and lead them to the appropriate department associates.
4) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
5) Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
6) Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
7) Coordinate meetings and conferences, including serving refreshments and light clean up.
8) Assist and coordinate with team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
9) Other tasks as required and as assigned by Management.
Qualification:
1) High school diploma or equivalent
2) Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Professional appearance and demeanor
5) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
6) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
7) Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
8) Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers
9) Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
