Receptionist

How does the role impact the organization?

This role will be reporting to the Branch Administrator, providing ongoing administrative support to the branch, and its clients. You will be the first point of contact, the receptionist expertly manages client interactions and maintains seamless office operations, and embodies the pinnacle of professionalism and efficiency.

What will your role be responsible for?

  • Create a positive and welcoming initial first impression representing The 53rd
  • Organize and maintain various filing systems and office supplies
  • Manage and maintain meeting rooms schedule, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and the communal kitchen
  • Ensure work is controlled throughout the day to contribute to the efficient operations of the Office
  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Answer all incoming calls on the main switchboard;
  • Accept and distribute incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Assist with organizing branch functions

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Reception/Administrative Assistant experience.
