```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, policies, and procedures
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is a bonus
