Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Collect and update client information.
- Create and send client invoices. As well as collect process payment.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining client records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer support and address client inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and light cleaning of the office areas
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in an HVAC company or similar setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and file management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be comfortable with dogs.
