SUMMARY OF POSITION
High-end condominium building in Westmount committed to providing co-owners with the highest standards of service, support, building safety and property maintenance.
The onsite receptionist is responsible for providing superior front-end customer service at the office while working alongside the onsite Property Manager. In their role as ambassadors of this high-end building, receptionists provide information and assistance for its owners, tenants, visitors and employees in a professional and businesslike manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acts in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Presents him or herself in a professional and businesslike manner.
  • Demonstrates characteristics of commitment, trustworthiness, responsibility and dependability.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, assisting co-owner walk-ins and promptly addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive interaction for all co-owners.
  • Keeps the reception area tidy, clean and orderly at all times.
  • Complies at all times with the guidelines in the employee handbook.
  • Provides assistance and support to the Property Manager, Superintendent and Maintenance staff as required.
  • Stays informed of building events and projects in order to provide owners, visitors and contractors with accurate information, as needed.
  • Executes all duties with the utmost tact and discretion - no information of any nature, personal or otherwise, is given out about any owner without the consent of the person.
  • Providing occasional documents to co-owners, real-estate agents and suppliers.
  • Sending communications to co-owners.
  • Faxing, copying or scanning documents, filing, etc.
