Plaza Kia, part of the Plaza Auto group, is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/ Administrator to join the team.
In this key role, you will be the first point of contact with customers in person and by telephone and must represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Organization, Multi-Tasking Skills, and attention to detail.
Customer-friendly attitude when greeting customers.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
Previous reception experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
CDK Experience is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Duties:
(Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.)
Operating a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department courteously and professionally.
Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate person/department
Stocking in vehicles, assigning stock numbers, updating registers, creating dockets, and posting into 180 and CDK as directed.
Licensing of new and pre-owned vehicles
Maintaining a professional appearance, and a neat work and waiting area.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of dealership procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and documentation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor
