SalaryResponsibilities:
- Serve customers by greeting and directing them
- Answer and forward phones calls while providing information when needed
- Schedule appointments
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, faxing, ect
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual
- High School Diploma
- Related experience 1-2 years would be an asset
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours
