We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person, over the
phone, or over email
- Answer phone calls and transfer callers to the appropriate individual and provide
information when necessary
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Cashier duties such as balancing of monies
- Prepare and record vehicle licensing to be sent to license bureau
- Maintain and distribute deal files and ownerships as per procedures
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient with computers or the ability to learn company systems
- Strong file management skills, both physical and electronic
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Previous experience working at the front desk or as a clerk is an asset
- General knowledge of the automobile business is an asset
- Light lifting may be required from time to time
